She has done Pre-Admission Testing, Patient Education, Diabetic Teaching, Cancer Screening Clinics, Health Insurance Verification, Chart Review, Quality Assurance and Case Management in Acute Care and Home Care.
She has also been involved with Acute Hospital Customer Care and Patient Satisfaction Surveys. She has worked with a variety of Health Care Providers, Traditional Western Medicine and Holistic Medicine.
She has been involved with Elder Care and RCFE’s for the past 10 years.
She is an American Heart Association CPR Instructor, and Medic First Aid Instructor.

Chris is the owner of Safety 1st Seminars.
Safety 1st Seminars has been in the business of CPR, AED, First Aid Training and Emergency Preparedness Training for over 15+ years.
Her mission is to provide the necessary tools for an individual to respond with skill and confidence to an emergency situation.
She has been an active partner with the AHA (American Heart Association), ARC (American Red Cross), MFA (Medic First Aid), ASHI (American Safety Health Institute) and EMSA (Equestrian Medical Safety Association)
She has been a Hospice Director and has had experience as a social worker.
She is very involved in the Local Pony Club teaching kids life lessons through horses.

Mark S. Coppes, MAOM, CFE, CFS

Mark brings expertise in both public and private investigations. He has managed and conducted hundreds of confidential investigations in the private and public sectors to include criminal as well as civil litigation cases. His specialties include those of personnel investigations and “White Collar” crimes, to include elder abuse cases. Mark, a California native, has over 25 years of investigative service in state and local law enforcement and is a licensed private investigator in the State of California.
Earning his undergraduate degree from of the University of Redlands, Mark completed his graduate degree from Azusa Pacific University with a Master’s in Organizational Management. His professional board certified credentials include that of; CFE - Certified Fraud Examiner
CFS - Certified Fraud Specialist
Mark’s experience includes the management of law enforcement investigative crime units, some dealing with financial crimes against the elderly and emergency planning. Mark has been previously served on government committees dealing with emergency planning and direction and is an active emergency responder for the central coast of California. He is an active federal contract investigator responsible for investigations which impact national security and require him to maintain a US government security clearance. In each of these circumstances, Mark maintains the highest level of confidentiality, while developing discreet solutions.
Mark was a founding board member the American Federal Contract Investigator’s Association and is a past president for the Association of Certified Background Investigator’s. He is an adjunct professor in criminal justice with the University of Phoenix.
